Privacy notice
This notice describes how Aquatrail AS handles personal data through the AquaBedrift service.
What we collect
- Contact details for company representatives (name, email, phone) submitted via the interest form.
- Company name, organisation number, billing details.
- Notes and communication history connected to your inquiry.
- For B2B marketing: business email contacts gathered from public sources or networking events.
Why we collect it
- Contract performance: to issue codes, invoice and follow up on signed-up companies.
- Legitimate interest: B2B marketing to relevant companies. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Legal obligation: accounting records must be retained for 7 years (Norwegian Bookkeeping Act).
Retention
- Invoice and accounting data: 7 years.
- Other contact data: up to 3 years from last interaction.
- Suppression list (unsubscribes): permanently, to honour your wish not to be contacted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Contact loyd@ptservice.no.
Recipients
Data stays within Aquatrail and PT Service. Mailgun (sub-processor for email delivery) processes recipient emails. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
